TCGAus Disneyland Exclusive Promos Giveaway Terms and Conditions

This promotion ("Competition") is a game of chance conducted by TCGAus ("Promoter") via the official TCGAus Facebook page. Information on entry and prizes forms part of these terms. Entry is open only to Australian residents aged 18 years or older as of the 1st of December 2025.

Eligibility

- Excludes immediate family members of the Promoter, its associated entities, close friends or agencies involved in the Competition.

- Open to Australian residents nationwide; no purchase necessary to enter or win.

- Entrants must have a public Facebook account and comply with Facebook's terms.

Entry Period and Method

Entries open immediately and close at 23:59 ACDT on 20 December 2025 ("Close Date"). Late, incomplete, or automated entries are invalid. To enter:

- Like the official TCGAus Facebook page.

- Like the specific Competition post.

- Share the specific Competition post publicly on Facebook.

One entry per person; multiple accounts disqualify all entries. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries for tampering or fraud.

 

Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected randomly using a verified random number generator from eligible entries within 3 business days after the Close Date. Verification confirms the entrant met all entry criteria. The winner will be notified via direct message from the official TCGAus Facebook page and announced publicly on the page (name or handle only). If uncontactable within 7 days, an alternate winner will be drawn.

One winner receives:

- 1x Belle - Accomplished Mystic - 41/P3 - Promo

- 1x Beast - Gracious Prince - 40/P3 - Promo

 

General Terms

Total prize value under $3,000; no permits required Australia-wide. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash. Delivery within 28 days of winner verification; Promoter handles all delivery fees.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed, or undelivered prizes. Entrants indemnify the Promoter against liability from participation or prize use, except under Australian Consumer Law. The Promoter may amend/cancel the Competition if circumstances require, subject to regulatory approval. Privacy: Details collected for prize fulfilment only; see Promoter's privacy policy.
