How do we ship cards?
For smaller orders, cards are securely shipped in semi-rigid card savers sealed within airtight bags. For larger orders, we tailor the packaging to suit the size and contents, using a range of protective materials. Whether it’s rain, hail, dust, or shine, we make sure your cards arrive just as they left our hands - safe and in excellent condition.

When do we ship orders?
Due to our work schedule and limited packing availability, there are specific times when we’re able to process and ship orders. We want to keep you fully informed, so we regularly update the site's banner with accurate shipping timeframes if there will be extended delays. We aim to have all orders packed and lodged within 2 days of business purchase
