1. Use of the Website

By accessing or using this site, you confirm that you are of legal age to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. All activities under your account are your responsibility.

2. Card Descriptions and Condition

Images displayed on the site are stock photos and are for illustrative purposes only, showing the card's artwork and set, not the specific item's condition or exact rarity.

Our cards are sourced from sealed products as well as collector trades and purchases. We cannot guarantee pristine or "gem mint" condition.

Each card is inspected for bends, creases, or significant damage. We list only cards graded between very light play and near mint. While suitable for play and display, we do not guarantee professional grading outcomes such as PSA 10 due to factors like centering or minor factory imperfections.

3. Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline based on stock availability and verification, with confirmation upon payment receipt.

Please verify your delivery address at checkout. We are not liable for losses due to incorrect addresses provided.

Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. Contact us promptly if issues arise.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

We reserve the right to update prices periodically without notice, we operate automated pricing automations to ensure that prices are competitive based on multiple factors in line with current market prices.

This is always an uncomfortable subject in the trading card world but we want to have an honest conversation about it;

Trading card markets are in constant states of flux, part of our commitment to our customers is to try and offer up to date and competitive market prices, this can have it's ups and it's downs, sometimes customers may purchase a card right before a market swing causes it to lose value, but on the other hand a card could double or tripple in price the day after it is purchased, our policy is to always honor the sale price regardless of market movements (Unless an inventory error causes cards to become incorrectly priced), it is up to the customers to do their due diligence and make informed purchases.

Customers who frequently request refunds and reimbursements as a result of market fluctuations may have their business refused and/or orders canceled in the future. 

5. Shipping

Cards are securely packaged using protective materials to prevent damage in transit.

Delivery timelines are managed by the carrier and are beyond our control once handed over.

Tracking information will be provided as soon as it becomes available.

6. Returns and Refunds

We will address issues if items arrive damaged or materially differ from the description. Contact us upon receipt to discuss resolution.

Full details are in our Refund Policy, which complies with Australian Consumer Law guarantees for repairs, replacements, or refunds where applicable.

7. Intellectual Property and Content

All card images are official assets belonging to their rightsholders. Names, descriptions, and details derive from official sources. We assert no ownership over any trading card artwork, description or intellectual property and use it solely to identify products.

We will promptly comply with any requests from companies to modify or remove content.

8. Bulk Purchases and Buyouts

We strive to maintain fair pricing amid market fluctuations. Individual purchases at listed prices are welcome, especially for genuine collectors.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders suspected of bulk buying for resale during price spikes, to ensure equitable access for the community.

We wish to stress, We will never cancel reasonable orders if a cards value increases (after the sale but prior to shipping) and will honor sale prices unless the purchase volume shows intent to resell as our goal is to serve the community and not scalpers.

9. Amendments to Terms

We may update these terms as needed to reflect changes in our operations. The latest update date appears at the top of this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
