Refund policy

All sales are final.  

This is always an uncomfortable subject in the trading card world but we want to have an honest conversation about it;

Trading card markets are in constant states of flux, part of our commitment to our customers is to try and offer up to date and competitive market prices, this can have it's ups and it's downs, sometimes customers may purchase a card right before a market swing causes it to lose value, but on the other hand a card could double or tripple in price the day after it is purchased, our policy is to always honor the sale price regardless of market movements (Unless an inventory error causes cards to become incorrectly priced), it is up to the customers to do their due diligence and make informed purchases.

Customers who frequently request refunds and reimbursements as a result of market fluctuations may have their business refused in the future. 

However if you receive an incorrect item or an item in a condition not as described we're more than happy to work with you to resolve the issue in a satisfactory manner.
